About Annie

Annie grew up in a small town in west central Minnesota. She has a BA in Art History from Colorado College and an MFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Along the way she has worked at the Walker Art Center, the Minneapolis Institute of Arts and as an in-house graphic designer at the Museum of Modern Art. For the past two decades she has lived and worked in Portland, ME, making art while also raising three children and working as a graphic designer. In 2020 she committed herself to a sustained, full-time art practice.
